In the premier episode, when George is giving her his famous "words before the first day", Alex is not very happy about him hugging her. When they filmed the hugging scene, Larisa looked over Mr Blakley's shoulder directly into the camera.
Todd Gray spotted another one in this episode. In the crash scene, Alex is seen as from Dave's point of view, her mouth agape, then there's a cut and we see her running towards us, away from the truck. During the filming of that one, Larisa obviously got distracted by the camera. If you don't have that episode, don't worry. This scene is in the into of every Alex Mack episode.
When Ray is in the lab at the plant, Vince plans to run some tests on him. We see Alex morphing through the plant's front door and finally she finds the room Ray is in. When she realizes that Vince is about to leave the room and find her, she quickly looks around for a place to hide and she obviously considers hiding behind the camera...
When Alex comes home way too late she tries to apologize and states she's 14 already, but Dad just sends her up to her room. When beginning to climb the stairs, Larisa looks to her left and into the camera.
After Annie stated that the green colour will vanish once Alex takes a shower, it shows a close-up of her greenish face. Just before she turns her head, Larisa blinks her eyes and then looks into the camera.
Only seconds later, she looks at herself in the mirror, and yet again she looks straight at the camera. Also notice that this is a flaw: At the angle she holds the mirror, there is no way she sees herself in it, instead she sees the camera as we see her looking at us.
At the very end of the episode, when asked by her Mom what she meant with her head being a puddle, Alex answers it was just a joke. Trying to avoid eye contact with her TV Mom, Larisa looks at the camera for a short moment.
When being asked by Annie why she doesn't want to drive with her, Alex tries to make up an excuse and looks around quite helplessly. This might be there on purpose to emphasize the comic of the situation.

When Ray wonders how cool it would be to work at the video store, the others agree. Just before she says "Yeah", Larisa looks into the camera.

When the two girls are there for their job interview, the shop owner decides to interview Alex first. Robyn then states there is no hope she'll get the job. When Larisa turns her head from Mrs. Hardwick to Robyn, her gaze gets stuck at the camera for a moment.

When Annie is there to help Alex out of the video store, she looks around for a solution how to help her little sister. Eventually her gaze stops at some place, which later turns out to be the litter bag. Not knowing what's going on, Alex asks "What?" and Larisa starts to look around nervously trying to figure out what Annie is planning. While looking around, she also looks at the camera.

When running down the hall, right before crashing into the teacher with the books, Larisa looks straight ahead into the camera.
Found by Todd Gray: When Kelly first comes over and Alex is shuffling Annie out the door. From an outside view, BAM!, there's Larisa just turning her eyes to look right into the camera.
After Alex finds out that Kelly actually planned to abuse the Mack house for her party, she asks her how she could do something like that. Whenn Annie suddenly appears behind her, she looks around and her gaze stops at the camera for a moment.
When walking up the stairs backwards, being questioned by Annie, Larisa looks around and into the camera.
At the end of the episode, when Mom and Dad return, Larisa looks into the camera just after Barbara is out of the frame to the right...
... and then again for a VERY long time just before Annie closes the door.
After Alex drove the MIT guy's car against the hydrant, Mom calls her "irresponsible". Then it cuts back to a close-up of Larisa who just looks into the camera at this moment.
When Alex wakes up in the park for the first time, she runs to the phone to call her parents. While waiting for them to reply, she looks around and at the camera.
After the conversation with the principal, who doesn't know her, Alex is told not to move and wait. As her mind races, she quickly moves her eyes and her gaze also hits the camera.
Back at home in the girls' room Alex finally remembers her wish when looking into the mirror. The only problem is that she doesn't look at her mirror image, but at the camera.
During the guided tour through the plant, Ray also shows Alex the packaging and shipping department where Mr Mack works. During the whole conversation Larisa's gaze only very slightly misses the camera and also directy hits it several times. This might be there on purpose as we see things from Mr Mack's point of view and, after all, there are altered states in the whole episode, so why shouldn't Larisa be allowed to look at the camera during the dream ;-)
At the end of the episode Alex returns home where everyone gathers around her to give her a hug. Looking around sheepishly, Larisa also looks at... well, you already know.
While Alex describes to Ray why she thinks the neighbor to be a threat, she eventually says "...never even says Hi! Noone knows what he DOES." When she says "DOES", Larisa looks into the camera for a short moment.
After Alex morphed under the door into Hanson's house and opened the door for Annie, she looks around. Larisa's gaze stopped at the camera once more.
Todd Gray points out: While nibbling on her donut and talking back to her parents, when asked where she really was last night, Alex eventually states "Out, ok?" Larisa looks straight into the camera in that scene
Just a few seconds later, Alex accuses Annie of making up the story, that she was at the library last night, but she wasn't. Annie defends "It was just something I heard from Ray." Then, while she hisses "I must have misunderstood him.", Larisa looks into the camera twice within a few seconds.
Also found by Todd Gray: Afterwards, Mom tries to talk to her "I don't appreciate your tone one little bit.", messing around with Alex's hair. When Larisa shakes her head to stop her playing with her hair, she looks into the camera again, right before she says "Too bad."
After Ms French asked Alex if she has a camera and some experience, she replies "You don't have to be genius, do you?" Then, making her way to the left of the picture (right from their point of view), Ms French says "Well, it wouldn't hurt to get a little practicing before you start." As she says 'BEFORE', Larisa turns to follow her and looks directly into the camera for a very short moment.

When taking photos of the basketball team for the yearbook, after Scott told her "Good job, Alex.", she turns towards the team to say "This is really boring, why don't you guys just play for real?". Before she actually says this, Larisa's gaze moves around, hitting the camera several times.

Near the end, when walking the park with Alex, Annie says "Boys are gonna come and go. But there's always those people who will care about you and they're gonna be there for you." When she says 'gonna be THERE for you', Larisa looks up for a short moment, just to 'spot' the camera.

Near the beginning of the episode, in the first scene at Atron Jr. High, we see Alex round a corner. When she does, Larisa looks up and at the camera for a moment.
Only short time later, Alex ends her conversation with Louis like "Some things are more embarassing than others." As she says that, Larisa turns to leave and her gaze gets stuck at the camera for a very short time.
When presenting their ants science project to the class, right before she gives the word to Ray, Alex talks about the ants' community. While Larisa talks about this, she looks at the camera for a VERY long period of time.
We see Alex putting on lipstick using the mirror inside her school locker. After a short conversation with Robyn and Louis, she closes the locker and turns to leave. Raising her eyebrows, Larisa looks into the camera.
When sitting at the table with Ray, while Louis keeps talking all along, Alex takes a sip from a glass of milk (you sort of see that white beard she has, really funny). Then, right before she hands the envelope to Louis, she looks up and... you already guessed it, didn't you?
Later, when Alex is painting some poster for the "Cyrano" play, Ray keeps talking about his worries to go to Hannah Mercury's. He says "Alex, you gotta help me!" and she replies "OK. Get over her!". Now, when she says "OK", she VERY noticeably looks at the camera.
First thing we see is Ray trying to find the correct orientation of a poster. After talking about maybe putting a carpet into the shack, Alex turns to decorate the room a little. You see her from a distance, squinting her eyes, the camera zooming in on her. Next shot is a grey and a crimson cap flying to the wall. The very next shot is a close-up of Larisa. She blinks her eyes and as she opens them again - bam! directly into the camera. This is one of my favourites. Those big sad puppy-dog eyes... I just had to make this one in wallpaper resolution ;-)

Todd Grad adds: There's another REEEAALLLL good shot of Larisa looking into the camera in the opening bedroom scene in "A Room Of Her Own", when Annie is monopolizing the bedroom at the beginning of the show. In just the first thirty seconds or so of the scene, Larisa does a COMPLETE double-take right into the camera.

After they talked for a while in the Vice Principal's office, Alex and Mr Reynolds go out to the hall. Eventually, they both sit down there and Alex states that the students need both Mr Reynolds and the Mystery Man. After he starts talking like the Mystery Man in public, Alex signals him to be quiet "Ssssh!" Then looking past him following his gaze, Larisa looks into the camera.
Right at the end of the episode, when the kids are leaving the Macks' house, on her way out Larisa looks at the camera, smiling.
Right at the end of this episode, after Dave vowed "Alex, your secret is safe with me.", it shows Alex in class again. She looks quite satisfied about knowing the answers to the math test this time. When Larisa starts to look around, she also "notices" the camera.
The girls plan to watch a horror movie, but then the lights go out, there's no power in the whole house. In the girls' room, Alex zaps some candles alit and wonders if her powers are really useful. She turns her head to her left (right side for the viewer) to look at Annie who walks behind her. After she is past her, Larisa has to turn her head 180 degrees to face Meredith again. When she does, her gaze somehow gets stuck at the camera for nearly a whole second. Todd Gray very suitable titled this the "deer in the headlights" sort of look.
When the friends walk towards Alex's house, being watched by Vince, watch out for Robyn saying "It must be something really terrible if you won't tell anyone." While she says this, Alex turns her head to face her. When Larisa turned her head right to do so, her gaze "locked target" on the camera for a very short moment.
In the final scene, watch when the girls give each other a hug. When releasing it, Larisa looks up and directly into the camera for a moment.
When Mrs Garcia asks for volunteers to answer a question, Alex hides behind a book, but is asked to answer anyway. When Larisa looked up from behind the book in that scene, she also looked into the camera.
When Alex and Dad are trying the sweets, Mom catches them. While filming that scene, Larisa looked into the camera yet another time.
After Ray's, Louis' and Alex's visions of being big music stars, Eddie calls their gig at the coffee house their "date with destiny". After that, Ray hugs both Alex and Louis. Larisa smiles into the camera during that hug quite obviously, though not very long.
After cleaning up the beach, Kent asks Alex to talk to Gloria about that environmental issue at Wayne's Wigwam. Robyn just admires him for being so "informed". Trying to look on stunned, Larisa looks into the camera.
A short time later, Alex and Gloria walk the park near the lake. While they walk and talk, Larisa looks into the camera several times. It's pretty hard to see because she's quite far away from it.
When her father picked Alex up to talk to Gloria, she then tells her she decided to use the ecological plates. In that scene, Larisa looks into the camera twice within about two seconds.
The last one is definitely there purposely. It's just before the end credits.
Near the start of the episode, when Danielle keeps pacing around Alex, she keeps following her with her eyes. When Larisa says "There's a lot of people who know about me", her gaze stops at the camera until she blinks her eyes.
Also the final episode has the most known look into the camera of all episodes. There is absolutely no doubt it's there on purpose and it's probably the best way to end this great TV show. Here you go!
After escaping from detention and convincing Nathan to let her go, Alex has a talk with Robyn, who cares surprisingly little about what she tells her. Alex says something like "Maybe by then the real Robyn will come back." and turns to leave. Robyn follows her, asking her to wait, there's a cut. Just when she says "Look, I'm sorry", Larisa looks into the camera.
At the end of the episode, when the car has been revealed, Mom asks Alex if it was a surprise, Alex answers "Definintely". Next shot is Larisa from behind, looking at Mr Blakley and then turning her head around to the viewer. When she does, she looks into the camera, realizes this and quickly looks into another direction.

Unfortunately this will be the last update for quite some time, as they stopped showing the series here last week.
