Weeks 3 and 4, lost 1.0 and 0.6 lbs respectively. Total lost is now 14.6 pounds.  mrgreen

I spent last night and a good portion of this morning rereading the weight loss topic. I'm not sure how many times I started quit and restarted Weight Watchers cuz I kind of lost track after the first five times. I sounded like a freaking broken record on there! But I'm in week 5 of my current journey and plan to not quit and stop this yo-yoing bullshit once and for all!

Me too, man.  My weight is going back down and I plan to keep it that way this time.  Was 270 last doctor visit and then 266 a couple weeks later and then 263 last week.  I weigh myself when I get my allergy shots every two weeks.

Weight loss slowed down as I had trouble keeping on track. Week 5, minus .2 for a total of 14.8 lbs overall.

Week 7, .4 lb gain, total loss now 18.4 lb. Not bad considering I had a crab feed and a big Italian dinner last week, not to mention going out for barbecue earlier in the week. I'll get it back this week. mrgreen

So, I ended up weighing in on Thursday instead of Tuesday and was up 8/10th of a pound. That put my total at 20.4 pounds. Hey, it's STILL 20 pounds!

Weighed in on Tuesday, lost 2.0 lbs and am now down 24.2. Hope to keep this going, I'm already sleeping better.
