I had a good week and dropped another 5 pounds for a running total of 29.2 lbs down!!!  biggrin

Not a good week on weight watchers. Too many salty snacks, beer and not enough fresh fruit. I knew it was going to be bad, but I knew I had to be here. I know what to do to turn this back around.

+6.6 lbs. Running total -22.6 lbs.

Weight comes off so slow and comes back so fast.  It's good the way you don't give up.  I've put on some pounds in the last few years.  At my yearly checkup next month my doctor will be making some comments.

Last week I lost 5 of my 6.6 pound gain and this week .4 for a running total of 28 pounds down. mrgreen

7/3, down .2 for a running total of -32.6 pounds. Did not go last week (7/10) due to a knee injury. Am going to try to go tomorrow even though I'm still laid up.

Being laid up is not hurting my weight loss efforts. I dropped 5.6 pounds in a two week period and am now down 38.2. 😁

Last two weeks i have dropped 2.4 and 4.4 pounds respectively.  Am now 44.8 pounds lighter 😁

3 of the 4 weeks in August were actually weight gains for me and I realize that starting a workout program is partially responsible for my weight gain as muscle weighs more than fat. I accept that as I am still rehabilitating my right knee.  I weigh-in in less than an hour and am excepting a weight gain as I continue my rehabilitation plus the fact that we just had our end of summer jazz jubilee and went over my daily Weight Watcher points more than once this week... roll eyes

At last weeks weigh-in I finally leveled off with no gain & loss. I weighed in today and lost 6 pounds! I'm now minus 48.4. smile
